Our Partner
Jennifer Wang is the founder of WDS Advisory and brings over 20 years of professional experience in accounting, tax, and financial management across Mainland China and Hong Kong.
She is a Certified Public Accountant (CICPA) in China and a Certified Tax Agent (CTA), with deep expertise in both local and international financial frameworks.
Prior to establishing WDS Advisory, Jennifer held leadership positions in prominent firms based in Hong Kong and Singapore, where she led finance consulting teams and advised a wide range of multinational clients.
Her practical and strategic guidance has helped numerous international companies successfully navigate complex regulatory environments and operational challenges in China.
Jennifer possesses in-depth knowledge of PRC GAAP, IFRS, and US GAAP, along with comprehensive insight into the legal and financial frameworks for doing business in China. Her extensive cross-border experience and client-centric approach have earned her a reputation as a trusted advisor in the region.
